My mission is to empower busy, selfless women—especially moms—to reclaim their energy, confidence, and joy through realistic, sustainable wellness practices that fit into real life.

As a certified holistic health and wellness coach for women, I believe that true wellness isn’t about restriction, guilt, or punishment. It’s about fueling your body, mind, and spirit with practices that feel good, create balance, and help you thrive.

Through sustainable self-care, nourishing nutrition, joyful movement (yes—Zumba absolutely counts!), and realistic wellness strategies, I help women rediscover what makes them feel vibrant, strong, and alive.

Hi, I’m Mandy—And I See You Because I Was You

If you’re feeling exhausted, stretched thin, or like you’ve completely lost yourself while taking care of everyone else… I want you to know: I see you, because I was you.

For years, I poured everything into my family, my responsibilities, and my never-ending to-do list. I was the go-to person for everyone else—but I stopped checking in with myself. I didn’t even recognize the tired woman in the mirror, and I certainly didn’t know what fueled me anymore.

I kept saying I’d take care of myself “when things slowed down,” but that magical moment never came. Why? Because I wasn’t making my own wellness a priority.

Then one day it clicked—waiting for the “perfect time” was just delaying my own happiness, my health, and my peace of mind. So, I started small.

💖 I began nourishing my body with foods that made me feel good.
💖 I found movement I actually enjoyed (yes, Zumba totally counts!)
💖 I made space for joy, rest, and reflection.
💖 I created routines that felt good instead of overwhelming.

It wasn’t about dieting. It wasn’t a rigid plan. It was about healing, fueling, and rediscovering myself – a journey back to balance, confidence, and wellness.
Now, as a heart-centered holistic health coach, certified weight loss and nutrition coach, fitness coach, and Zumba instructor, I help women—just like you—do the same.
